Getting Started

Nasij is a smart factory management platform designed specifically for the textile and garment industry. It helps you track machines across production lines, monitor malfunctions in real-time, manage inventory, and generate detailed reports to optimize your production efficiency.
After subscribing to a plan, our team will create your factory workspace. You can then add your production lines, register machines with QR codes, define malfunction reasons, and invite your team members with appropriate roles (Factory Admin, Supervisor, or Operator).
We offer flexible subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) tailored to different factory sizes. Each plan includes a set number of machines, users, and modules. Visit our Plans page for detailed pricing and features, or contact us for a custom enterprise plan.

Machine Management

Go to the Machines section in your dashboard, click "Create", and fill in the machine details including brand, model, and serial number. A unique QR code will be automatically generated for the machine, which you can print and attach to it for quick scanning.
You can transfer machines using the mobile app by scanning the machine's QR code and selecting the destination line. Alternatively, from the dashboard, open the machine details and use the "Transfer" action. All transfers are logged with timestamps for full traceability.
"In Line" means the machine is currently assigned to a production line and active. "Stored" means the machine is in a warehouse or inventory and not currently in use. Machine status updates automatically when you transfer or store machines.
Yes. Each machine has a detailed history tab showing all production line assignments, inventory movements, and malfunction records with dates and durations. This helps you analyze machine performance and plan preventive maintenance.

Malfunctions & Maintenance

From the mobile app, scan the machine's QR code and tap "Report Malfunction". Select the reason, add a description, and submit. The malfunction timer starts immediately, and supervisors are notified. When the issue is resolved, update the malfunction to stop the timer.
Downtime is calculated from the moment a malfunction is reported until it is marked as resolved. The dashboard shows total downtime per machine, per line, and per day. Active malfunctions show real-time elapsed time.
Yes. Factory admins can add, edit, or remove malfunction reasons from the Settings section. Each reason can be assigned a severity level (low, medium, high, critical) to help prioritize responses and track trends.

Users & Permissions

Nasij has three main roles: Factory Admin (full access to all features and settings), Supervisor (can view, create, and update records but cannot delete or change settings), and Operator (view-only access for monitoring production and reporting malfunctions via mobile app).
Factory Admins can add users from the Users section in the dashboard. Enter the employee's name, email, and assign their role. They will receive an email with login credentials. You can also assign an employee ID card number for identification.

Mobile App

Yes. The Nasij mobile app is available on both iOS and Android. It allows operators and supervisors to scan machine QR codes, report malfunctions, transfer machines between lines, and view production status — all from the factory floor.
Open the Nasij app and tap the scan button. Point your camera at the QR code attached to the machine. The app will instantly show the machine details, current status, active malfunctions, and available actions like transferring or reporting a malfunction.
The app requires an internet connection to sync data with the server. However, QR code scanning and viewing cached machine data works with limited connectivity. All actions will sync once the connection is restored.

Reports & Analytics

The dashboard provides several analytical widgets: machines by status, machines by brand, malfunctions by reason, malfunction trends over time, downtime per production line, and more. You can also export machine data and malfunction logs to Excel (XLSX or CSV).
Yes. The Factory TV Mode is a full-screen dashboard designed to be displayed on factory floor TVs. It shows real-time production line status, active malfunctions, and key statistics. It auto-refreshes to always show the latest data.
